Do I need a temperature-controlled storage unit?

You may need a temperature-controlled storage unit depending on the types of items you intend to store. Temperature-controlled units are ideal for items that are susceptible to damage due to intense temperatures. With a temperature-controlled unit, you’ll never have to worry about mold, mildew, and other possible damage.

What are the office hours?

Fargo office: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Sioux Falls office: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Moorhead office: 9:00am-1:00pm Monday-Friday

We are available by phone 10:00am-2:00pm on Saturday for all locations
Am I required to store long-term?

We never require tenants to store long-term at Self Storage Solutions. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
Do you offer vehicle storage?

Our Fargo and Moorhead facilities are equipped with outdoor RV, boat, and car parking spaces.
No parking is offered at our Sioux Falls location at this time.

How do I access my unit via Bluetooth?

When you take a storage unit, you will receive a text to the number we have on file, and you can set the app up there. If you have any issues, our on-site manager can assist with setup.
How do I pay my storage bill?

We offer two easy ways for you to make a payment:
